A fabrication base built around project review
Procurement teams, contractors and engineering companies send drawings or a BOQ; the scope is reviewed, fabricated, inspected and packed as one delivery path rather than four separate handovers.
The manufacturing base covers 70,000 square metres with an annual production capacity of more than 80,000 tons. Primary members are produced from Q235B or Q355B structural steel, with ASTM and EN equivalents available on request.
Work is organised around the approved shop drawings. Members are cut and drilled on CNC equipment, assembled in jigs, welded with submerged arc welding on main members, then inspected before surface treatment begins.

Delivery Path
How a project moves through the factory
The same four stages apply whether the order is a single warehouse or a multi-building industrial facility.
- 01
Scope review before quotation
Drawings, a BOQ or basic dimensions are reviewed first. Open items are listed and clarified, so the quotation covers a defined fabrication scope instead of a guess.

Fabrication against approved drawings
Members are cut, drilled, assembled and welded to the approved shop drawings, with main member welds made by submerged arc welding.

Inspection before surface treatment
Dimensions, hole groups and weld quality are checked while the member is still unpainted, so corrections happen before coating rather than after.
- 04
Coating, packing and loading
Shot blasting and coating or hot-dip galvanizing are completed, then components are bundled, marked to the packing list and loaded to a container plan.

Most of the risk in an overseas steel structure order sits in communication and documentation. These are the parts handled directly.
English project communication
Drawings, BOQ and inspection requirements are handled in English by the same team from scope review through shipment release.
Documentation with the shipment
Mill test certificates, the packing list and loading photographs are issued so paperwork can be matched to delivered components.
Inland factory, export port loading
The workshop is in Changge City, Henan. Container loading is arranged for delivery to Qingdao or Tianjin, the ports used for these shipments.
